The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.279 dated 28.09.2020, under Sections 11 and 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012 (Sections 7 and 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and Sections 453 and 354-B IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Division No.8, District Jalandhar.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
