Counsel for the complainant and State submit that the peoner has not come to this Court with clean hands and menons only pendency of two criminal cases against the peoner, however, seven cases are pending against him, out of which in two cases he has also been convicted.

At this stage, counsel for the peoner seeks permission to withdraw the present peon with liberty to file fresh a7er disclosing all criminal cases. 4.
