Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for quashing of FIR No.27 dated 2.4.2007 under Sections 447/353/323/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station GRP, Railway Station, Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application under Section 482 CrPC for setting aside of judgment of conviction based on compromise between the parties.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 has no objection in case the conviction of the petitioners is set aside.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to file an appropriate application in the pending appeal. It is clarified that disposal of the present petition shall not come in the way of the petitioners in any manner while filing the application.
