(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Darshan Singh submits that the petitioners have made a joint statement before the police that the threat perception to their life and liberty is no more. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, in the light of submissions of the learned State counsel, the present petition has rendered infructuous. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
