RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Case has been taken up on Video Conferencing in view of COVID-19 Pandemic.

Mr. Mittal submits that he shall be satisfied if a clarification is issued that the petitioners-appellants be granted hearing in the independent writ petition preferred by them pending before the Single Bench wherein they moved an application for impleadment.

Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl. A.G. Haryana submits that as long as arguments of the petitioners can be considered by the Single Bench as per law, he would have no objection to such an adjudication. In view of above, we feel that there is no ground to pass any further orders in the instant LPA preferred by non-petitioners in CWP-4825-2021. Disposed off.
