As per allegations petitioner while working as Registration Clerk in the office of SDM Nuh did not deposit the collected amount for Red Cross in its account but withheld for use by himself. At the time of hearing,learned counsel states that pursuant to the order dated 19.2.2016, petitioner has surrendered before the trial court and released on interim bail.

In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 19.2.2016 passed by this Court, is made absolute.
