(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing order/notice dated 03.10.2017 (Annexure P-4) passed in FIR No. 428 dated 01.10.2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 384, 447 and 506 IPC at Police Station Bhupani, District Faridabad, whereby the police being hand in glove with the accused, usurped the powers of Civil Court and revenue authorities and ordered for demarcation of the land.

Heard.

On instruction from HC Bhadur Singh, learned State counsel submits that land of the accused and petitioner is adjacent to each other. Therefore, to ascertain the boundaries of their respective lands, it was necessary to call the petitioner to remain present at the time of demarcation of the land in dispute by the revenue officials, so that the RISHU KATARIA 2018.09.28 11:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-47652-2017 -2petitioner may feel satisfy, as to whether the demarcation of boundaries of his land has rightly been demarcated by the revenue officials or not. Considering the above submission of learned State counsel, this Court finds the instant petition meritless and the same is dismissed, accordingly.
