M. M. S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) The petitioner along with two others was found innocent. His name was kept in column No.2. On the basis of statement of PW-5 Vikas, the petitioner has been summoned as an additional accused. A dual version regarding his involvement has already cropped up.

Without expression of any opinion on merits of the case and taking into consideration the fact that he has been in custody w.e.f 18.01.2016, he can be granted concession of bail. The petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court.
