RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In compliance of order dated 08.02.2019, learned counsel for the petitioners has produced receipts of `15,000/-. The same are taken on record.

Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.0044 dated 07.04.2018 registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar Rural, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. Pursuant to order dated 01.12.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 02.02.2019 to get their statements recorded. Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ajnala, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.53 dated 06.02.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, RAVINDER SINGH 2019.03.16 12:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2CRM-M-48484 of 2018 Amritsar, vide Endst. No.1269-R dated 08.02.2019. According to the above report, matter has been compromised with the free and voluntary consent of the parties. Therefore, in view of above and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, FIR No.0044 dated 07.04.2018 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed.

Disposed of accordingly.
