(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.352 dated 06.12.2017, under Section 365 IPC (later on Sections 363, 366-A, 216, 376(2)(n) IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act added), registered at Police Station Quilla Panipat, District Panipat.

Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 02.10.2023 and the Status report by way of affidavit of Narender Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Panipat on behalf of respondent-State in Court today. The same are taken on record. Copies thereof are supplied to the counsel opposite. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
