CRM-M No. 47582 of 2017 A perusal of the order now placed on file by the counsel for the petitioner goes to show that petitioner has since appeared in the trial Court and has been admitted to bail. It be so, no further action in the matter is required for. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 22.12.2017 is made absolute, subject to her fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
