Prayer in the present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.92 dated 2.8.2014, under Sections 376, 363, 366-A, 506 and 120-B IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Children Sexual Offence of 2012, registered at Police Station Sadar, Abohar, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2014 and there is no allegation against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that even the matter has been compromised in the Gram Panchayat of Village Goddan Dole on 30.7.2014.

No. M-7438 of 2015 -2Learned State counsel does not dispute the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2014 and as per statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. made by Ramandeep Kaur, there is no allegation against the petitioner except that the petitioner enquired from Suresh Kumar about the prosecutrix as to who is this girl. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2014 and trial in the case is yet to begin with, I deem it appropriate to release the petitioner on regular bail subject to furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fazilka.
