NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (Oral) Learned senior counsel contends that in view of the judgement of even date passed by this Court in the matter of Moti Masand v. Ms. Lokesh and another (CRM-M-34894 of 2013), the present petition, which has been filed by the same petitioner, does not survive.
