**** CRM No.4430 of 2017 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for placing on record Annexure A-1 to Annexure A-4.

Heard.

I do not find any necessity to place on record Annexures A-1 to A-4. Therefore, the application stands dismissed. CRM No.4431 of 2017 The applicant-appellant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for recalling the judgment/order dated 27.08.2016 passed in the main appeal.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicant-appellant and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that the order has been passed in CRA No.S-553-SB of 2004 by this Court on 27.08.2016, which is a detailed order and the appeal has been dismissed on merits.

Section 362 Cr.P.C. provides as under:-

362. IOIN-CRA No.S-553-SB of 2004 and CRMs No.4430-31 of 2017 in -2CRA No.S-553-SB of 2004 review the same except to correct a clerical or arithmetical error.

In view of the provision under Section 362 Cr.P.C., this Court has no power to alter or review its final order. Therefore, finding no merit in the present application, the same is dismissed.

IOIN-CRA No.S-553-SB of 2004 Vide letter No.694 dated 15.11.2016, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala, has submitted interim report that re-arrest warrants of accused Sarwan Singh were issued but the same have been received back unexecuted and now fresh re-arrest warrants have been issued. IOIN is disposed of.

Further compliance report be sought for.
