Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 IPC vide FIR No.54 dated 8.6.2011 at Police Station, City Khamano, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC-Avtar Singh, submits that trial is nearing its culmination as out of 36 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 35 have been examined.

In view of above, no ground is made out for enlarging the petitioner on bail.

Dismissed.
