ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.38 dated 03.02.2020, registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 379-B, 506 IPC, 1860 and under Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Kasola, District Rewari, Haryana. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to order dated 21.08.2020, the petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per his instructions from SI Hawa Singh submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required and they have already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 21.08.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the petitioners' complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
