None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 28.05.2025, however, on a written request circulated on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the case was adjourned to today. Today again none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the case being called twice since morning. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
