******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that a speaking order has been passed in this case and has placed copy of order dated 14.01.2020 which has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. She further submits that the order dated 14.01.2019 passed in CWP No. 727 of 2018 is based on the judgment in CWP No. 21268 of 2015 decided on 10.12.2018 which has been challenged by filing LPA and order passed in that writ petition has been stayed.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, this petition is dismissed at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to avail legal remedies available to him after decision of LPA.
