RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged ineffective and slow investigation at the hands of the investigating agency, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal procedure, seeking direction to the respondents for early investigation. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner at considerable length and after careful perusal of the record of the case, present petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala-respondent no.3 by moving an appropriate representation within a period of three weeks from today and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala-respondent no.3 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance raised by the petitioner, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law.
