JITENDRA CHAUHAN, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing in the light of the pandemic COVID-19 situation and as per instructions. The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 169 dated 21.12.2017, registered under Sections 285, 307 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of Arms Act at Police Station Odhan, District Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petition bearing CRM No. M-7780 of 2018 filed by the complainant under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of bail to the petitioner, was allowed. Vide order dated 29.08.2018, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court without any delay but he has not surrendered till date. CRM-M-23225-2020 -2Heard. The petitioner has not surrendered in compliance with the order dated 29.08.2018 passed by this Court in CRM No. M-7780 of 2018 and further vide order dated 26.02.2019 passed by the trial Court, the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender.

In view of the above, no ground for interference is made out. Dismissed.
