Learned counsel for the petitioners has very fairly submitted that against the judgment, of which the contempt is alleged, LPA-24072025 has been filed which is pending. It is thus, submitted that in the said circumstances, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioners to revive the same or to file a fresh contempt petition in case any cause survives after the decision in the said LPA. 2.

In view of the same, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
