(ORAL) The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the learned Executing Courtcum-Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hisar to decide the execution application bearing No.18-Misc. of 29.05.2018/32-Misc. of 21.10.2008 titled as Suresh Kumar and another vs The Hisar Geeta Coop. House Building Society, Hisar, which is pending for 24.08.2021. Ordinarily, this Court would not have interfered in a matter of this kind, but for the fact that, the petitioners herein are the decree holders and despite having won their case, are unable to get the benefits thereof. Their execution petition filed in the year 2008 is still pending till date.

In the premise, instant petition is disposed of with the expectation that the learned Executing Court shall proceed with the matter, as expeditiously as possible, without granting unnecessary adjournments. Needless to say, that the Executing Court shall proceed by observing all pandemic precautions as are being observed pursuant to the administrative orders passed by this Court.
