(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 0145 dated 30.12.2017 registered under Sections 341, 307, 323, 324, 427, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur. On instructions from ASI Rajinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 31.10.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
