Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 181 dated 22.11.2014 under Section 452, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Raipur Rani, District Panchkula.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 9.3.2015:- "The petitioner alleges false implication on account of a dispute centering around the affairs of a company. Further contends that there are no specific allegations with regard to the offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioner.

Notice of motion was issued on 4.3.2015, but the learned counsel appearing for the State says that he GURPREET SINGH 2015.08.21 15:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Crl. Misc. No. M-7471 of 2015 -2has no instructions in this case.

In the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned to 24.4.2015.

In the meantime, the petitioner shall be released on bail in the event of his arrest subject to the following conditions :- i) He will make himself available for investigation as and when required to do so.

ii) He will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court.

iii) He will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police official"

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Sub Inspector Jagtar Singh, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 9.3.2015 is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
