(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.280 dated 13.06.2018, registered under Sections 186, 279, 336, 353, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, Police Station Dharuhera, District Rewari. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Chandrashekar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 15.11.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
