After filing of final report, the trial court has proceeded to frame charges against the petitioners vide order dated 18.9.2023. In case the petitioners have any grievance against framing of charges, they have an alternative remedy available to them. The instant petition has been filed without availing that alternative remedy.

At this state, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to approach the learned revisional court concerned, against the order of framing of charges. 3.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
