**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 10.10.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehabad, in case FIR No.452 dated 17.07.2014 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC registered at Police Station City District Fatehabad.

Learned State counsel submits that the trial is at its fag end wherein out of total 27 prosecution witnesses, 22 prosecution witnesses have been examined and documents permitted to be placed on record vide impugned order dated 10.10.2018 (Annexure P-1) stands taken on record by the trial Court.
