M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) State counsel, on the instructions of HC Jeet Kumar informs that the petitioner has joined investigation. Petitioner having joined investigation and recoveries having already been effected, the petitioner being not involved in any other case of similar nature, can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail.

The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 24.8.2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that he will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner. He will also not commit the similar offence of which he is accused of during pendency of the trial.
