SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) The Court has been convened through video conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.

This is a second petition for anticipatory bail in case FIR No.184 dated 12.12.2019 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 307, 379-B, 353, 186, 332, 333, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Subhanpur, District Kapurthala. The first petition i.e. CRM-M-14315 of 2020 was dismissed by this Court on 08.06.2020.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week from today for seeking regular bail, in accordance with law.
