Vide order dated 17.5.2019 the parties were directed to appear before the Trial Court/Area Judicial Magistrate so as to get their statements recorded qua the factum of compromise.

Report of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gurdaspur has been received to the effect that none of the parties appeared for getting their statements recorded.

Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing this petition.
