(Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case registered against him vide FIR No.244 dated 31.10.2014 under Sections 306/388 IPC at Police Station 'C' Division, Amritsar wherein the petitioner has been summoned in exercise of powers under Section319 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the trial of the case is at its fag end. Aforesaid contention is not controverted by learned counsel representing the respondents.

In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the matter pending. Thus, order dated March 10, 2016, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section SUKHPREET KAUR 2019.10.19 13:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
