Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground for issuance of any direction for implementation of the directions, which are stated to have already been issued for the purpose of providing residence, issuance of arms license, providing job to member of the family of the victim as necessary steps would be taken in accordance with law. 2.

As far as providing security to the petitioner is concerned, it is ordered that respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Hisar shall get the matter examined again as regards the alleged threat perception of the petitioner.
