**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in criminal Complaint RBT No. 325 of 13.10.2015 titled 'Rajo versus Ram Niwas'.

On the last date of hearing counsel for the complainant had mentioned that the petitioner had trespassed into the house of the complainant and had inflicted injury.

State has filed reply and submits that both the parties had entered into a compromise relating to the incident of 22.2.2018 and refers to Annexure R-1.

Today nobody appears for the complainant. The petitioner has admitted to have entered the house of the complainant Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2018.07.30 11:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

Crl. Misc. No. M-47648 of 2017 -2Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 25.1.2018, passed by this Court, petitioner had already appeared before the trial Court.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 25.1.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the condition that the petitioner will not enter the house of the complainant.
