(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, in case FIR No. in case FIR No. 679 dated 23.09.2018 registered under Sections 307, 323/34, 341 and 506 IPC at Police Station Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. On instructions from ASI Satbir, learned State counsel submits that petitioners No. 2 and 3, namely; Naveen and Sonu, have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 01.11.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
