H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation and has furnished his specimen handwriting.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh, concedes this fact, stating that since no recovery is to be got effected from the petitioner, his custodial interrogation is not required.
