Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad to decide the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., which was filed by the petitioner on 26.03.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that next date fixed before the learned trial Court is 28.05.2019. As such, no case is made out to issue any directions to the learned Judicial Magistrate, at this stage. However, the learned trial Judge shall consider the submissions made by the petitioner on 28.05.2019 and make an endeavour to pass appropriate order.
