The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of pre-arrest bail in the above-captioned case. 2.

Upon notice and after hearing learned counsel for the State, the petitioner was directed to join investigation and was granted interim anticipatory bail, vide order dated 17.04.2026. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions submits that in pursuance to the aforesaid order passed by this Court, petitioner has SUMIT KUMAR 2026.05.01 16:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
