CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE RITU BAHRI
Present:
Mr. Rakesh Gupta, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and further to ensure that she may not be harassed by respondent Nos.4 and 5.
Learned counsel submits that respondent Nos.4 and 5 have pressurized the petitioner to withdraw the cases pending against her husband and to rehabilitate with him. The grievance of the petitioner is that now the police authorities without any reasons have called the petitioner time and again and compelled her to resolve the dispute. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent(s)-State to give seven days prior notice to the petitioner, in case, she is required in any complaint/enquiry, in accordance with law.
