In the present appeal, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 17.03.2026 by which, the Civil Writ Petition No. 5440 of 2026 filed by the appellants (petitioners herein) has been dismissed by the Learned Single Judge 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellants to avail appropriate remedy by filing a civil suit in case permissible to them in accordance with law. 3.
