Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Rattanjit Singh, Police Station, C-Division, Amritsar, submits that after thorough investigation, it has been decided to file the cancellation report in the present case and as such, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 16.01.2015 are hereby vacated.
