**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 10 dated 23.1.2019 under Sections 147, 149, 395, 397, 341 IPC, Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 141, 146 of Railway Act, 1989 registered at Police Station GRP Rohtak, District GRP Ambala Cantt. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, challan was presented on 31.7.2019 but till date charges have not been framed by the trial Court and the petitioner has been in custody since 09.6.2019. Learned counsel confines his prayer to the extent that a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial in a time bound manner. Learned State counsel submits that the recovery has been effected from the petitioner and he is a habitual offender.
