(ORAL) Prayer in this Criminal miscellaneous petition U/s 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of the FIR No. 0013 (Annexure P/1) dated 27.02.2023 registered U/s 313, 323, 34, 342, 377, 406, 498-A of Indian Penal Code 1860 (Sections 313, 34 & 377 deleted later on) registered at Police Station Women PS Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar, District Jhajjar and all consequential proceedings arising out of the same along with quashing of order dated 31.07.2023 passed by the Court of Ld. ACJ (SD)-cum-SDJM, Bahadurgarh in case no. CHI-192-2023 titled as 'State Vs. Mayur Sharma' whereby the charges U/s 323, 342, 498-A & 406 have wrongly been framed against the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.
