(Oral) Prayer in the petition is for appropriate directions to official respondents No.1 to 3 to take action against private respondent No.4, accused in FIR No.60 dated 19.02.2026 under Sections 64, 75, 123, 351, 78 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Division No.8, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

Notice of motion to official respondents only. Mr. Kunwarbir Singh, AAG Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of official respondents.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh, submits that investigation in the FIR was complete; that police had filed cancellation report in the Court of jurisdictional Magistrate on 16.04.2026. and the case was now fixed for notice to the complainant, petitioner before this Court.
