However, the counsel for the respondent submits that compromise has been effected between the parties and undertakes to file the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, within a period of two weeks from today onwards.

In view of the undertaking given by the counsel for the respondent, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application, which may be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.

However, the parties shall remain bound by the statement given aforesaid.
