*** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.03.2022 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.3 and order dated 07.01.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.4 vide which the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed is arbitrary, illegal and is against the principle of natural justice, equity and fair play and is liable to be set aside.

The present case was adjourned on 14.02.2024 and 05.03.2024 on the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Today again the case was called out twice however none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in arguing the present petition. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
