VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J (ORAL) Seeking quashing of order dated 23.11.2015 whereby the revision petition filed by respondent No.1 against the order framing charges has been allowed resulting in his discharge, the instant petition has been filed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that she is no more in contact with the petitioner and hence, further instructions are not forthcoming. She thus seeks withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, if so advised.

Counsel appearing for respondent has no objection to the same.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberties as aforesaid.
