" the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.92 dated 13.10.2013 registered at Police Station Kahnuwan, District Gurdaspur under Sections 498A/406/506/120B IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed qua the present petitioners.
However, necessary intimation be sent to the trial Court to proceed ahead against the remaining accused.
The petition stands allowed in those terms.
