The present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to transfer the investigation/re-investigate and addition of Section 302 IPC in FIR 252, dated 04.06.2019 registered under Sectins 304-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Dabua District Faridabad to an independent Special Investigating Team (SIT). 2.

Mr. Akashdeep Singh, Advocate has put in appearance and filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner as the earlier counsel has been elevated to the Bench. The same is taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that since the challan in the present case has been presented and witnesses have also been examined, therefore, he wants to withdraw the present petition. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
