NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.21 dated 20.2.2017, under Sections 354-D and 509 IPC, registered at Police Station Barara, Ambala, District Ambala.

Learned State counsel has informed that vide order dated 26.2.2020 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambala, the petitioner has been acquitted. Learned counsel has placed on record the copy of the said order dated 26.2.2020, which is taken on record as Mark-A.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2/complainant admits the abovesaid fact.
