Despite the case having been called twice, none has put in appearance for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the State submits that in the instant case challan under Section 173 Cr.P.C., has been presented before the trial Court and charges have been framed against the petitioner. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the instant petition. The same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
